Cuba is a safe country for foreign companies and businesses, said Rafael García Padilla, vice-president of the Andalucía Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation.
The Spanish entrepreneur, based in Cuba for the last ten years, told ACN news agency that a dozen enterprises in the sectors of food-processing, sanitation, construction, tourism, service industry and energy from Andalucía will be at the upcoming Havana International Trade Fair that begins on October 30.
García Padilla also spoke about the excellent relations between his organization and the Cuban Chamber of Commerce and its affiliates, whom he described as very professional.
Bilateral relations with the island will continue to strengthen in all fields, he said, since "our relations with Cuba are not only based on business, but also on family ties, we love this country as we love our own."
