Cuba-Mexico Cities reaffirm sisterhood

Authorities from the cities of Matanzas (Cuba) and Cuautla (Mexico) ratified a sisterhood protocol Friday that had been established 10 years ago as part of the friendship ties between Mexico and Cuba.
Jesus Martinez, president of the Matanzas People s Power Assembly, and Hortensia Barreiro, Cuautla Finance, Programming and Budget Manager, signed the document.
The text establishes cooperation links to strengthen and foster an international order based on understanding, and cooperation.
There was an agreement for exchanges and to foster bilateral relations, including in public health, education, art and culture.
