Nature tourism has gained ground in Cuba, where the sea, rivers and mountains offer excellent options to foreign and local vacationers.
The entrepreneurial group Campismo Popular - which specializes in nature tourism - has two decades' experience in providing tourist services to more than 24 million nature lovers.
The group runs some 80 facilities throughout the country, where vacationers can enjoy the natural characteristics of each region.
Group executives are working on improving comfort in the facilities and the quality of services.
In order to achieve that goal, 2,630 workers are studying at different educational levels, so the staff can be ready to offer better services to those who want to be in direct contact with nature.
