Cuba declares State Mourning for death of Uzbekistan President

The Cuban Council of State has declared official mourning for the death of the President of Uzbekistan, Islam Karimov.
During the state mourning, established from 06:00 to 12:00 September 5, the Cuban Flag will be hosted at half-mast in all public and military facilities.
