The MLB wants to play a preseason game in Cuba
The Major League Baseball wants one of its teams to play a match in Cuba in the 2016 preseason.
Rob Manfred, MLB commissioner, announced that the organization he represents wants a major league team to play on the island a preseason game in 2016, as part of the approach is happening in almost all levels between Cuba and the US, where baseball wants to prominence.
According to Manfred, there are many issues at stake, and we must resolve many things for that to happen. The hard part, he added, would be agree with the federal government, because it would be easy to find a team that fit their pre-season dates to visit the island.
