The President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Truong Tan Sang, started an official visit to Cuba today during which he will hold talks with President Raul Castro.
During the 11th Congress of Vietnam´s Communist Party in January 2011, Truong Tan Sang was elected member of the Central Committee and the Politburo of that political organization and he was elected Vietnamese president during the first session of the country´s National Assembly´s 8th Legislature in July 2011.
