Army General Raul Castro Ruz, President of the Councils of State and Ministers, arrived at noon in New York city, to attend the UN Sustainable Development Summit 2015 and participate in the General Debate of the 70th session of the UN General Assembly. 
The Cuban delegation includes Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez, along his Deputy Abelardo Moreno, and the Cuban Permanent representative to the UN Rodolfo Reyes.
