Cubana Airlines among the worst in the world

Cubana Airlines is recognized as one of the worst in the world with only 2 stars out of 5, according to the scoring system Skytrax, reports the British newspaper The Telegraph in its Travel section.
"Many things went wrong with this flight, but the customer service or lack of it was too much," said one of the passengers, quoted by the newspaper that published a list of 10 lower quality airlines in the world.
"A two-star rating usually means poor or inconsistent product and staff service standards " Skytrax explains on its website.
