National Ballet of Cuba will be presented soon in Spain

Cuban ballerina and choreographer Alicia Alonso will head the tour of Spain that the National Ballet of Cuba (BNC by its Spanish acronym) will begin on September 16, according to her interview with EFE.
The BNC director, who will turn 95 on September 21, is currently absorbed in rehearsals of the pieces that her company will interpret in its presentations in Spain.
Halfway through the Spanish tour, the BNC will travel to Oman to offer a performance at the Opera House of Muscat.
The program of the seven performances in Madrid includes the ballets "Les Sylphides", "Celeste" and "Carmen".
Later these pieces will be repeated during the itinerary that the Cuban group will follow starting from October 7 in Cuenca, Pamplona, Bilbao and Burgos.
The last stops of the artistic tour will be in Leon, Zamora, Palencia, Oviedo, Barcelona, Soria and Aranda del Duero, and will end on November 7 in San Sebastian.
