Raul Castro sends condolences to Vietnam because of natural disaster

President of the Councils of State and Ministers of Cuba, Raul Castro Ruz, expressed his deepest condolences to Vietnam for the human and material loses, after heavy rains in the northern province of Quanh Ninh, today reports the agency Prensa Latina.
"On behalf of the government and the Cuban people, I extend our condolences to the families of the victims and survivors," he added in a message sent to the general secretary of the Communist Party, Nguyen Phu Trong, President of the Republic, Truong Tan Sang, and Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, said the source from Hanoi.
Tan Sang on Tuesday toured affected areas of the coastal territory, where he assessed the damage caused by 10 days of torrential rains and unprecedented floods in 40 years, and instructed to recover.
