Missing a few days for the Secretary of State of the United States, John Kerry, arrives in Havana to leave officially opened the embassy.
Although they have not yet extended invitations to the independent press and the main figures of dissent, some expect to be present at the ceremony because otherwise, as stated by Marta Beatriz Roque, in an interview for CubaNet, it would be "very difficult for the US government maintain its credibility if it does not invite the opposition."
Several foreign media have realized the uniqueness of the date chosen for the raising of the flag at the US embassy, a time when the main opposition leaders will meet together at a conference in Puerto Rico, which would help justify the little or no presence of them in an event which, as happens with talks in the roundtables, nobody suspected how the details have been agreed.
