Cuba and the European Union (EU) achieved significant gains in the fourth round of talks that  concluded on Tuesday in Brussels regarding trade and cooperation, and identified positions in the political dialogue, Cuban Foreign Ministry informed.
In the talks, which began on Monday to reach an agreement on political dialogue and  cooperation, "significant results were achieved in regard to cooperation, for which negotiations are at an advanced stage," said a statement posted on the site cubaminrex.cu.
According to the Cuban Foreign Ministry, "the meetings were held in a constructive and professional climate" and "teams agreed to meet again on September in Havana , in order to hold the fifth round of negotiations."
