South Africa will spend $ 15 million on Cuban doctors and engineers

Cuban professionals working in the South African province of Free State cost to this region more than 185 million rand ($ 15 million), as announced Roy Jankielsohn, leader of the Democratic Alliance local party.
The South African politician made in the House of Representatives of the South African province a harsh criticism on the expense that will cause to local coffers for hiring 21 doctors and 45 Cuban engineers based on an agreement with the government of the island.
