Bill that restricts travel to Cuba will be brought to discussion

The proposed budget for transportation and housing for 2016 presented by Republican U.S. Representative Mario Diaz-Balart was approved in the Appropriations Committee of Congress on Tuesday, with the inclusion of clauses that limit the expansion of air and maritime transport services towards Cuba.
These measures would be in conflict with the policy of the administration of President Barack Obama on Cuba .
Last week it was known that the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the Treasury Department extended licenses, at least, to six shipping companies to provide ferry services and cargo transportation to the island.
