The band The Dead Daisies (Dead margaritas), which brings together historical figures of rock, will land in Havana to offer two concerts: next February 25 in the Maxim Rock, where they also will share a workshop with Cuban musicians, and Saturday 28 in the Pink Hall of Tropical.
The Dead Daisies is one of the alignments that summarizes the importance of a highly significant stage of rock and keeps up the sound of the bands that made history in the 70 and 80. At its core band musicians join the mere mention you can put a stadium packed. We talked about Bernard Fowler (Rolling Stones), Jon Stevens (INXS), Richard For¬tus (Guns N 'Roses, Thin Lizzy), Dizzy Reed (Guns N' Roses), Marco Mendoza (Thin Lizzy, Whi¬tes¬nake) Brian Tich (Whitesnake, Ozzy Osbourne), John Corabi (Motley Crue) and David Lowy (Red Phoenix and The Angel).
The foundation of this multinational band was a result of the union between the vocalist and songwriter Jon Stevens Zealand and Australian guitarist David Lowy in 2012. Then, both musicians he extended an invitation to rock and roll greats who have since gone through the band.
