Russia is preparing military exercises along with North Korea and Cuba, according to the Russian General Valery Gerasimov.

Reportedly in a meeting that was also the Russian Defence Minister, Sergey Shoygu, and other warlords, Gerasimov said: "We are planning an expansion of the communication lines of our central military command".

The general added that it "are entering into preliminary negotiations with the armed forces of Brazil, Vietnam, Cuba and North Korea."

"We will make a series of joint naval and air exercises and training with our ground troops and air," said the general.
