Further measures for the purchase, construction and transfer of property in Cuba were approved by the Cabinet last week. The new regulations involve increased government control over the operations.

A third measure adopted by the Council of Ministers is related to the legalization of housing and recognition of perpetual leasehold those affected by weather events, currently being built in approved facility.
