Two players from the men's handball team have escaped the Cuban delegation at the Central American and Caribbean Games Veracruz 2014. Previously a table tennis player had made the same thing.
The president of INDER, Eduardo Becali Garrido, denied, however, that boating athletes are among the escapees, as this weekend it was rumored in Central appointment.
Becali Garrido downplayed the three leaks in Cuban delegation and said that foreign media are those who attach great importance to this social phenomenon, "which is seen naturally in the island."
"It does not concern us. What concerns us and what we come here to is the Sport Concept, to compete, to look good and get a good result in these games," he said in an interview.
