Havana Club introduced its new rum in FIHAV 2014

Havana Club International developed a new rum based on scents which was introduced in the field of the XXXII International Fair of Havana (FIHAV-2014). The initiative enables taste Havana Club seven years, primarily with coffee extracts, honey, tropical fruits and herbs, told Damián Domínguez, brand ambassador of the company.
The project is in line with international standards to promote responsible drinking norms among customers, and encourage the production of new cocktails. It is also part of the strategies of the company to diversify its exports.
Dominguez explained that initially won’t be available in the market but in specialty bars and taverns where bartenders will offer it as part of the house menu.
According to the results of experiments, experts recommend the use of only three drops of essences, given the intense flavor that possess these doses. For its production was chosen the German firm Bitter Truth, which will combine it with the famous Cuban rum.
Since 2003 Havana Club International SA is responsible for the local production and distribution of rum, as Pernod Ricard the French group, for marketing to 124 countries.
