China is considering opening a business in the Cuban power sector through the sale and export of high durability LED lights for streetlights and homes.

Evelín Tao, sales manager of the corporation Zhejiang Yabao Optoelectronics Co. Ltd said the press that these bulbs have a lifespan of 50,000 hours and are made with materials resistant to high temperatures encountered in the island.

She explained that the company made contact with several organizations such as ITH and Energoimport to discuss possible trade. Essentially Yabao trades various Led luminaries, including lamps, bulbs, lamps, strips, ceiling spotlights, strip lighting and tunnels.

Tao said that the XXXII International Fair of Havana is a propitious place for closer relations with Cuban and foreign entities involved in commercial exchange.
