Two more victories for the Cuban team in the Mohamed VI Boxing Cup. Robeisy Ramirez and Roniel Iglesias were victorious in the second day of the event held in Morocco.

From Marrakech the Island delegation reported that Ramirez not needed too much hard work to beat 3-0 Egypt Hesham Yehia Mahmoud.

Iglesias was more required by the host Rabil Mohamed, bronze medalist in the Cordova Cardin Tournament this year, but finished 2-1 to deserve judgment.

The lightweight double king Lázaro Álvarez couldn’t be on his fight due to a stomach condition and Senegal Wade Ibrahina got the credit that could only be scored that way.

Cuba has nine active men in medals and seeks a quintet of silver medals tomorrow through Santiago Amador; Robeisy; Yasnier Toledo; Arlen Lopez, and Erislandy Savon.
