Terminal 3 from the Jose Marti International Airport reopened on October 1 their waiting rooms for accompanying passengers, reported Saturday the official press. The rooms were closed for repairs beginning in the second half of 2013.

Dania Hidalgo, shift manager of Terminal 3, said after the refurbishment waiting rooms are no longer inside the facility, but the outside area, which has been fitted with seats.

With the changes, the area is separated from the tour operators and taxis await one in which the companions. In addition, it has extended the customs area and has installed new models of immigration booths.

Hidalgo said the works were not finished and other outbuildings, including the creation of a boulevard are anticipated.
