Cuba suffered its third defeat in the volleyball Grand Prix Ladies, falling 0-3 to Bulgaria by the group D, in the Chinese city of Macau.

The Caribbeans, who already lost 0-3 against Dutch and Chinese, with partial succumbed Sunday 8-25, 15-25 and 16-25, in 57 minutes.

Yoana Palacio led the attack of the Cubans, with eight points, followed by Daymara Lescay (seven) and Rossana Giel (four).

For the Europeans, Elitsa Vasileva scored 14 cartons, escorted by Dobriana Rabadzhieva (11) and captain Strashimira Filipova (nine).

In the other match of the key D, played in Macau, China won 3-1 to Holland, with scorecards of 26-24, 19-25, 25-17, 25-17.

Meanwhile, in the Turkish city of Ankara, Thailand won 3-0 to Algeria in paragraph C comparison with markers 25-7, 25-14 and 25-13.
