Considered an emblematic cigar band of the Cuban cigar market, the international cigar market welcomes the Petit Churchill, ideal for the world´s cigar-smokers, announced Habanos S.A. international corporation in a communique. The communique calls the attention on that type of Cuban cigar, which now offers a new variety aimed at satisfying smokers.

With the launching through the prestigious Romeo y Julieta cigar brand, it retakes the impact of that name existing since 1875 for the cigar world.

The brand reached international renown by his founder Don Pepín Rodríguez, who was one of the first to recognize the importance of the bands in the cigar.

For his part, Winston Churchill, the late British prime minister, was one of the smokers of the Romeo and Julieta cigar brand, at the point that cigar rollers created a cigar band, the Churchill, just in that brand.
