Cuba’s Varadero Beach among the World’s First Tourist Destinations

Varadero, one of Cuba’s main tourist areas, is presently among the first ten beach destinations in the world.
This is how it’s described by TripAdvisor, the world’s largest travel Web site, based on the opinions received from clients, which grants Varadero the top prize in this category: the Travelers Choice 2012.
Standing out among its best hotels are the Iberostar Varadero, the Paradisus Varadero Resort & Spa, and the Blau Varadero Hotel Cuba, all of them five-star facilities, which have won national and international prizes for their results in their services.
Other attractions are the dolphinarium, the nautical marinas with excursions to the Punta Hicacos reserve and diving activities, as well as the island’s largest golf course, where important international competitions take place.
