The world famed Cuban orchestra Van Van launched its DVD Aquí se enciende la candela (We Light the Fire Here), a laureate of Cubadisco 2012 at the Festival of Cuban Culture in State of the Art Digital Support.

  Leading the Summer program, "the train of Cuban music" joined Saturday the Ministry for Culture agenda through Cubarte network to promote this production that includes versions of some classic songs that make up Van Van extense repertoire.

Produced by musicologist Guille Vilar, the cover offers the lyrics, some criticsâ?Ö reviews, photos, videotapes and interviews with members of the band.

Since its 1969 foundation, Van Van has never remained anonymous nor has lost its magic ratings among Cuba's top popular orchestra.

It boast the 1999 Latin Grammy for its album "Van Van llegó".
