Ecological label for a Barceló hotel in Cuba

The Arenas Blancas Resort, located in Varadero, has earned the distinction 'Environmental beach'.
The hotel received on 5th June, the distinction 'Environmental beach' which has been granted by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment of the Republic of Cuba.
This certificate, which demonstrates commitment to sustainable tourism, is given 'in recognition of the quality, continuing care and conservation status of the beach area where the facility is located, backed by all as one of the best in Varadero. "
Barceló Solymar Arenas Blancas is thus one of the three hotels that have such recognition in the famous resort.
