The Silken Indautxu hotel will welcome tonight dozens of professionals in the tourist sector who will show several kinds of this new Cuban advertising campaign.

After leaving Bilbao, the advertising campaign will continue through Spanish cities like Pamplona, Zaragoza, Madrid, and Salamanca, and then through Portuguese cities of Coimbra and Oporto, while closing the tour on Oct. 5 in La Coruna, in the autonomous region of Galicia.

According to a report by the Cuban Ministry of Tourism, all of these cities represent main Iberian sources of travelers to Cuba, thus they were included on the campaign tour.

Hotel chains such as the Iberostar, Sandals, Melia, Barcelo, Hoteles C, and Sirenis; and airlines like the Air Europa, Iberia, and Cubana; and also various tour operators will open the presentations and other events planned during the campaign tour.

Besides strengthening links with strategical partners for the development of the tourism industry, the advertising campaign will promote the greatest destination features, particularly in regions with major relevance for Spanish and Portuguese markets.
