Glenda Pardo. Havana, Sep 17 (PL) The fulfillment of the 2011 economic and budget''s plan of the workers'' organization is the main topic to debate in The 88 Session of the National Council of the Cuban Workers Federation (CTC).

Granma newspaper reported that this Saturday, they will check the behavior of productivity, efficiency and savings, as well as the payment system, working conditions and discipline.

Debates will focus the workers' performance in the substitution of importations and the increase of the production for exportations, while they will announce experiences in the restructuring of the labor market.

Salvador Valdes, general secretary of the CTC, who chaired the event the day before, heard the report addressed to the workers by the Revolutionary Armed Forces (FAR), where they highlighted the combative readiness achieved.

The session analyzed the possibility of the free lance workers, state and retired persons to be members of the union, and valued the present political processes linked to volunteer jobs and the changes in the socialist emulation.

There were also in the debates Victor Gaute, member of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (CCPCC), and the Corp Army General Joaquin Quinta Sola, vice minister of the FAR.
