The meeting will take place at the former Normal School for Teachers and includes 12 previous courses on topics related to educational technology and communication, training and continuing, history of pedagogy and teaching of mathematics, among others.

During the sessions, participants will honor distinguished Mexican and Cuban educators, with a legacy of significant impact on both educational systems.

The meeting is sponsored by the Association of Educators of Latin America and the Caribbean (Aelac) and the Association of Educators of Cuba.

The event is held every two years as a way to deepen common bonds and strengthen ties for professional development and other actions of exchange between Cuba and Mexico educators.
