His main objectives are to make it to the top 10 and to stabilize at about 2.3 meters, Moya told reporters on Monday.

Moya, 28, who recently won the 4th ALBA Games in Venezuela with a jump of 2.28 meters, had been out of competition for a year and a half, but experts considered he has great possibilities of reach the finals at the World Championships.

"I feel like I'm in good shape and I will do my best," said Moya, who was also Pan-American champion in Rio de Janeiro 2007, and whose personal best is 2.35 meters, set in 2005.
