The clown gathering is schedule to take place at the Trompoloco and Azul tents, and the Astral and Karl Marx Theaters with competitors coming from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile and Venezuela.

The Brazilian delegation includes trapeze performer and television actor Marcos Frota, known in Cuba for his performance in TV soap operas, who will be one of the festival’s jury members; and a renowned gymnastic duo specialized in aerial nets.

The Argentinean group is made up of acrobats Federico Placco and María Eugenia Porcel from the Barrilete Company, and Colombia comes with Raole Circus actor and director Felipe Puentes, along with the Muro de Espuma Company.

From Chile comes the Golden Circus, from Santiago de Chile, and Calugas; Venezuela is bringing the largest delegation from South America with the presentation of the National Circus Company, Circosur and the Ortiz Brothers.
