20 July 2011. Havana — The Secretary of State for Administrative Organisation of the Foreign Affairs Ministry, Rui Jorge Mangueira, is paying since Tuesday a visit to Havana city in Cuba.

Angop has learnt that the official is leading a delegation of his Ministry.

At the local international airport of José Martí, the official was received by the director for Africa of the Cuban Foreign Affairs Ministry, Alberlo Velazco San José, accompanied by the Cuban Ambassador to Angola, Pedro Leal Ross and senior staff of Angola desk.

On the occasion, the Angolan official was informed about the work agenda.

Rui Jorge Mangueira, who is visiting Cuba for the first time, thanked the Cuban authorities for the fraternal and warm welcoming.

Rui Jorge Mangueira is being accompanied by the director for America of the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs, Maria Isabel Gomes Godinho de Resenda.
