The popular Cuban duet, Buena Fe, will tour over Venezuela from June 10, accompanied by the local group King Changó in order to delight the public with their best known songs and those songs from their last album Pi 3,14.

According to several journal sources, the tour includes performances in the states if Aragua, Carabobo, Lara, Anzoategui, Miranda, Mexico F.D. and Portuguesa.

In this last one, they will perform next to the Venezuelan bands Dame pa Matala and De Khalafary´s.

Buena Fe, made up by Israel Rojas and Yoel Martínez, has a huge number of followers in this South American country, where their songs are broadcasted through television programs such as La Hojilla and communitarian broadcasting companies.

The duet was born in the province of Guantanamo (to the eastern part of Cuba) in 1999 and since then, they have been placed high in the preference of Cuban youth with their music, a mixture of pop, rock, trova and other genres that give it a singular touch to each melody.

Their themes reflect intelligently, poetically and sincerely about the reality of people our days and the problems of the current world.

They are also betting for peace, love and life and receive a warm welcome in countries from several continents, even in some non-Spanish speaking ones.

This will be the second tour of Buena Fe around Venezuela this year, the first one took place in February around the cities of Caracas, Maracaibo and Punto Fijo.

Their discography is made up by the albums Déjame entrar (2001), Arsenal (2003), Corazonero (2004), Presagios (2006), Catalejo (2008), Extremistas nobles (2010) and their most recent production Pi 3,14.

This last album includes twelve numbers and it shares songs with well known Cuban musicians such as Pablo Milanés and Elíades Ochoa.

Themes such as Mamífero nacional is already to be found among the first places in the Cuban hit parade.

Rojas and Rodríguez are also planning for this year performances in stages from Spain, the United Status, Argentina and Chile, as well as the start by the beginning of next December of another album that should be ready by mid 2012.
