Havana, Cuba.- Cuban President Raul Castro met on Monday afternoon with the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Antigua and Barbuda, Winston Baldwin Spencer, who is on an official visit to Cuba. 

During the meeting, the two authorities expressed their satisfaction for the current state of bilateral relations.  In addition, they spoke about other topics of the regional and international spheres.

Also present in the meeting, according to a report by the National Television Newscast, was Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez.
