By Lidia Dinkova.MiamiHerald.com. It was a two-way journey for 13 Cuban migrants.Coast Guard crews repatriated them to Bahia de Cabanas, Cuba, Sunday after they spotted them in vessels off the South Florida coast, officials reported.

It all began Wednesday when someone called the Coast Guard and told them he has spotted six migrants who were aboard a rustic vessel near Baker’s Haulover Inlet in Miami.

The other seven were seen near Marquesas Key on the same day.

After it was determined the migrants were Cuban, Coast Guard crews embarked them on The Drummond and The Sawfish, both Coast Guard vessels.

Crews provided them with food, water, shelter and basic medical attention before repatriating them to Cuba.
