The Cuba Study Group, Americas Society/Council of the Americas and the Center for Financial Inclusion at ACCION International will release Thursday in Washington a plan titled "Assisting Small Business in Cuba: Recommendations for Private and Public Sector Leaders."

According to a press release, the document "outlines specific steps that can be taken by the Cuban government, the U.S. government, and private and public sector leaders to assist independent small and micro-entrepreneurs in Cuba." No further details.

The press release reminds us that the Communist Party of Cuba will address economic reforms during its Sixth Congress, April 16-19.
