MIAMI, Mar 23, 2011 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX)Fuego Enterprises, Inc. announces the U.S. tours of three legendary Cuban music groups, The Grammy winning Juan Formell y Los Van Van, Jose Luis Cortez & NG La Banda, and David Calzado y La Charanga Habanera. The series of tours will begin in mid April, 2011 and will end about the end of May, 2011.

There are 17 performances booked for this tour and we expect to add additional performances during the tour. Scheduled tour shows include prominent venues such as the Conga Room, Yoshi's, Ache Super Cub, Lincoln Center, Constitutional hall and may other venues around the U.S. These tours are the commencement of a record number of tours and concerts planned for the 2011 calendar year.

The first ever Fuego Cuban Music World Festival in the United States, scheduled to take place on April 9 at the Homestead-Miami International Speedway in South Florida is on hold pending litigation. Due to the unexpected and unwarranted cancellation of the venue agreement by the track officials we were not able to go forward with the event as we had planned.

A lawsuit has been filed against the Miami-Homestead Speedway for breach of contract and defamation. Based on the facts and as a matter of law, a positive outcome is fully expected.

"It is unfortunate that we had to put this wonderful event on hold, especially after we had already began a worldwide marketing and promotion campaign designed to bring Cuban music fans from all over the world to beautiful South Florida," stated Hugo Cancio, president of Fuego Enterprises. "However, Fuego already had a great concert schedule planned for this year and we are continuing to add artists and concert tours during this year. We are on track to once again produce record breaking revenues during 2011. We are more committed that ever to producing great events and bringing the best of Cuban music to the greater Miami area and the whole United States."
