Cuban television on Monday will broadcast a special program "with declassified information about the subversive plans of the United States against the island," the official website Cubadebate announced Sunday.

The program, which begins at 8:30 p.m. on Cubavisión, will show "how the U.S. organizes in Cuba illegal information networks for the transmission and reception of coded data," the announcement says.

The article in Cubadebate quotes Josefina Vidal, director of the North America Department of the Foreign Ministry, as saying that "the subversive policy [of the U.S.] has been for 50 years a permanent instrument of pressure against the Cuban government."
