Havana - Cuba's national print shop, “Frederico Engles, might soon start producing Angolan writers literary and other scientific and academic works, Angop learnt.

According to Angola's minister of Culture, Rosa Cruz e Silva, who was speaking  during a visit to the institution, created in April 1972, there are technical conditions to stimulate the national authorities to conduct the finishing process there.

"We will try and implement this experience in Angola, but as we do not have a printing capacity like this, we have to make the works at Friedrich Engles shop to help us with book production so that they be enough for the whole country," she explained.

On the other hand, the deputy director of the Ideological Department of Cuba's Communist Party, Alberto Alvarino Atienzar, said they are ready to grant all  technical support for the production of various books from Angola.

As part of her tour of Cuba, minister Rosa Cruz e Silva has so far visited the local Historical Archives, was received in audience by the deputy Foreign minister, Ana Teresita Gonzales, and watched a local folklore show.

The minister is expected back in the country on Tuesday.
