The spokesman, Yevgeny Filatov, said that the firefighters were at the forefront of the overall fire-extinguishing effort.

A total of 96 members of fire brigades are to undergo rehabilitation in Cuba.

They will be taken on tour of Havana and other cities, have a rest at Cuba’s top resorts and meet with their Cuban colleagues.
