Luanda — The minister of Culture, Rosa Cruz e Silva, left Monday for Havana, Cuba, where she will hold a seven-day working visit, aimed at the strengthening of the cooperation between the two countries.

Speaking to Angop, at 4 de Fevereiro International Airport, Rosa Cruz e Silva said that during her stay in that Latin American country there will be signed cooperation accords in the sector of cultural industries and artistic training.

Rosa Cruz e Silva stated that other issue to be discussed has to do with the participation of Cuban experts to improve some cultural areas, such as theatre, dance among other modalities.

Cuban Culture minister, Abel Prieto, carried out last April an official visit to Angola that enabled him to sign a cooperation deal, apart from holding official contacts at various levels and visiting some infrastructures.

The delegation of the minister comprises senior employees of the Culture Ministry.
