Drilling plan shows need for cooperation

Keys News newspaper editorial is right.They say drilling plans shows need for cooperation between the US and Cuba.

Included in such editorial a reference to the actions made by Senator Nelson;the "wolf" Ileana Ros and other legislators to force stop any drillings in CUBAN WATERS through different means.

How far away from reality are these people!. They should know by now Cuba is a sovereign and independent country.

Also they should know the US is losing by the day the #1 position in the world.Just look what is going on in Iran, North Korea, Egypt, Latin America etc etc.

In my opinion China in particular and India, Brazil and other big countries, are occupying little by little what used to be in the past the US as the only nation to be at the top in the world.
