Holguin born cyclist keeps on recovering from clash

Photo: Juventud Rebelde The outstanding cyclist Raul Granjel Cabreja from the Cuban province of Holguin shows a favorable recovery according to reports by the Mexico hospital, in Costa Rica.

Granjel that is next to his father is given good care at the noted health institution in San Jose, the country’s capital.

The time to bring Granjel home is yet to be decided, doctors prefer to do it all in Costa Rica before taking him back to Cuba.

"Now the most important thing’ is having him recover from the fractures, then we’ll have time to think of active sport," stressed Georgina Cabreja, his mother, when asked if he would be back to cycling again.
