Luanda - The cooperation between Angola and Cuba has recorded significant progresses in the last four years, as it was expanded countrywide.

This was said to Angop by the Cuban ambassador to Angola, Pedro Ross Leal.

Comparing to the year 2004, the ambassador stated that the Cuban specialists were restricted only in nine provinces of Angola. Currently, the number experts number has increased and thus they cover all country's 18 provinces.

According to the diplomat, this expansion was very much contributed to the visit of the Angolan president José Eduardo dos Santos to Cuba, in September 2007 aimed at boosting this cooperation. The diplomat said that Cuba is developing various agricultural activities in the provinces of Kuando Kubango, Bié, Malanje and Kuanza Sul.
