31.12.2010 18:12. Ilham Aliyev congratulates Raul Castro on Cuba`s Liberation Day. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has cordially congratulated the President of the Cuban Council of State and the President of the Council of Ministers of Cuba  Raul Castro Ruz and the people of Cuba on the country`s national holiday - Liberation Day, state-run information agency AzerTAg reported.

Ilham Aliyev exspressed hs certainty that both countries will continue joint efforts to develop intergovernmental, friendly and cooperative relations.

President of Azerbaijan wished Raul Castro robust health, successes in r his activity and the friendly people of Cuba peace and prosperity.
