Caracas, 16 Sep. AVN .- Venezuela"s President Hugo Chavez announced on Wednesday that he will soon travel to the People"s Republic of China to have a meeting with the president of that country, Hu Jintao.

Though he did not inform the date, Chavez expressed that the agenda of the visit will be established after the electoral process on September 26.

“We will soon be in Beijing. We will not say the date, but after our domestic commitments we will visit Hu Jintao,” he said.

President Chavez said the information during an event to give effect to a plan to grant credits for Venezuelan families to buy Chinese white goods.

Similarly, he informed that representatives of the Chinese company Haier, manufacturer of the white goods, in order to plan the installation of a household appliances in Venezuela.

President Chavez has visited China in six opportunities with the aim to revise bilateral relations with Hu Jintao, as well as the matters of signing of accords.

On April this year, it was expected the visit of the Chinese president to Venezuela. However, because of the 7.1 quake that shook the western province of Qinghai, Hintao declined the invitation.
