Fidel's ballot was taken to the 13 Constituency First Polling Station in the Plaza de la Revolucion municipality in this city.
The Polling Station President, Migdalia García García, received the ballot, properly sealed to preserve the right to secrecy in Cuban elections, and deposited in the ballot box on behalf of the Cuban leader.
Fidel was then the 227th voter in this polling station, and this was the third time he casts his ballot in such way.
The previous two times were on October 21, 2007 in the partial elections; and on January 20th 2008 in the general elections.
