Two events with deep spiritual sense were recently held in Caimito: the re-inauguration of the Bookstore Pinos Nuevos and the talented troubadour Liuba Maria Hevia’s concert for hundreds of children and adults.

The refurbishment being made to the Bookstore Pinos Nuevos has eased better services to the readers, always with the main goal of approaching the Cuban cultural even more, meanwhile Liuba Maria’s concert was a real party of the song, love and poetry, where the singer, most of the time backed in chorus, sang main pieces from her repertoire, such as La Calabacita; Estela, un granito de canela, Lo feo, El piojo, El despertar, among many others, which have become classic pieces for children.

Undoubtedly, both events are among the most notables that had ever taking place in Caimito municipality through the year.
