Cuban Ambassador to New Delhi talked to the Ministers of Education and Culture of the Indian state of Kerala

Kerala has a population of 32 million inhabitants, the native language is called "malayalam", with a territory of 32,863 square kilometers (20,420 square miles) and a 92 percent of literate people in the south of India.
